GSB — Returns, Refunds & Fit Policy

At GSB, we want you to feel confident every time you place an order. Please take a minute to read through our policies so you know how everything works.


RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

  • We don’t accept returns or refunds for sizing mistakes, preference changes, or if you just change your mind.

  • If your product is faulty:

    • Contact us at GSBSupport@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

    • Include your order number and clear pictures of the issue.

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags + original packaging.

    • Once approved, you’ll get a full refund back to your original payment method.

    • Refunds usually clear in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.


FIT POLICY (Our Version of “Fit Assurance”)

We know online shopping can be tough when it comes to sizing. That’s why we built a Fit Policy to protect you if a piece truly doesn’t fit the way it should.

What’s covered:

  • When the fit is way off from what’s normal or expected (like sleeves or body length way outside standard tolerance).

  • If approved, we’ll give you store credit equal to the item price (shipping/discounts not included). Credit never expires.

What’s not covered:

  • Simply wanting a slimmer or more oversized look when the size matches what you ordered.

  • Changing your mind about the style or design.

  • Sale/clearance items (unless defective).

How it works:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still on.

  • Claim must be sent within 5 days of delivery.

  • Email GSBSupport@gmail.com with:

    • Order number

    • Item name

    • Photos of the fit issue while wearing the piece (tags visible)

We review every case carefully and keep things fair for all customers. Abuse of the policy won’t be accepted.


ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours at no cost.

  • After 24 hours, cancellation requests are subject to a 35% fee to cover processing and production.

  • Once an order is in final production or has been shipped, it can’t be cancelled.
